Goldbelt Ancestral Trust 2026 Distribution was Approved

On April 18, 2026, the Goldbelt Ancestral Trust Board of Trustees approved a distribution of approximately $1.34 million, to be issued at a rate of $5.25 per share to eligible beneficiaries. Distribution checks will be mailed, and direct deposits will be made on May 8, 2026, to eligible shareholders on record as of April 24, 2026. In accordance with the Trust Agreement, distributions will be made pro rata, i.e., proportional to the number of shares held by each owner.
“This distribution reflects the disciplined approach we have taken to grow and protect the Trust while delivering meaningful benefits to our people,” said Ida Halm, Chair of the Goldbelt Ancestral Trust Board of Trustees. “With an increase to the second annual distribution, our investment policy and distribution policies are working to simultaneously grow the principal of the Trust and the annual benefit to shareholders.”
