Nominations are Now Open for the Goldbelt Board of Directors

Nominations for the Goldbelt Board of Directors are now open! Nominations will remain open until the deadline of Friday, March 11, 2022. Any shareholder may nominate themselves or another shareholder to run for the Goldbelt Board of Directors. Nominating a shareholder for the board of directors’ election is quick and easy.  
  • Submit the online form. 
  • Send an email with your name, your shareholder ID, and the name of the nominated shareholder to elections@goldbelt.com.
  • Call Shareholder Services at (907) 790-4990 to nominate a shareholder verbally.
  • Come to headquarters at 3025 Clinton Drive, Juneau, AK 99801.  
All shareholders with an email on file with MyGoldbelt.com were emailed with a link to the online form when the nomination period opened. To be eligible for candidacy for the board, shareholders must hold at least one (1) voting share of Goldbelt stock and be 18 years of age or older. 
 
The election process begins with nominations for the three board seats that open for election each year. This year, the seats currently held by Board Chair Todd Antioquia, Corporate Secretary Lisa-Marie Ikonomov, and Director William Andrews are open. 
 
Shareholders who are nominated will be emailed a candidate packet for completion. Upon the completion and electronic submission of the candidate packet, the information provided by the shareholder will be reviewed by the elections committee and the inspector of elections to ensure completeness and eligibility for inclusion on the Goldbelt Corporate Proxy.
 
Successful candidates will be announced with the publication of the Goldbelt Proxy Statement on May 20, 2022.
