Goldbelt's Fall Distribution Announced: $20.00 Per Share

The Goldbelt Board of Directors met on Friday, Nov. 7 and unanimously approved a contribution of $5,768,400 to the Goldbelt Tináa Distributions Trust. The Goldbelt Tináa Distributions Trust Board of Trustees, comprised of the Goldbelt Board of Directors, then met to approve a distribution of $20.00 per share. Last year’s distribution was $17.16 per share, marking a total increase of $2.84 per share.

The amount of $20.00 per share will be distributed to the beneficiaries of the Goldbelt Tináa Distributions Trust: Goldbelt shareholders with voting stock. This distribution reflects the success of Goldbelt's business operations while adhering to the Board's distribution policy to create a reliable and dependable annual distribution to shareholders

The record date for the fall distribution is Nov. 10, 2025, and the distribution date is Nov. 25, 2025. The last day to change shareholder Information, including banking and address information is Nov. 10, 2025, at 5 p.m. Alaska Time.
