Goldbelt Board Approves Special Elders’ Distribution

During the December 8, 2025 Special Board meeting, the Goldbelt Board of Directors approved a contribution of $505,000 to the Tináa Distributions Trust to be issued as a distribution of $5.00 per share to Elders. 

•         Record date is December 9, 2025. 
•         Distribution date is December 22, 2025. 

This Elders’ distribution is separate from the new Elders’ Trust which was approved by shareholders this year and is currently in its endowment (funding) stage. The Tináa Elders’ Distributions serves as a bridge of support while the permanent Elders’ Trust is being built for long-term sustainability. The Elders’ Trust is not expected to be endowed until at least 2030.

We are grateful that the strength of our business operations allows us to provide additional support to our Elders.

Who Will Receive the December Elders’ Payment?

Shareholders with voting stock who are 65 or older as of the record date will receive the December 22nd distribution. This special distribution is through the Tináa Distributions Trust and subject to the bylaws and agreement that govern it.
