Request for Proposal: Custom Goldbelt Drum Design and Production

Project Overview 

Goldbelt, Incorporated is seeking proposals from qualified artists, makers, and vendors to design and produce four custom hand drums featuring a unique Goldbelt design. This project aims to celebrate Goldbelt’s identity, culture, and connection to shareholders through meaningful and handcrafted pieces. 

Goldbelt welcomes proposals from all qualified vendors and strongly encourages participation from Goldbelt shareholders and shareholder-owned businesses. 

Scope of Work 

The selected vendor will be responsible for: 

• Designing and producing four (4) custom hand drums 
• Providing one (1) drumstick for each drum 
• Incorporating a custom Goldbelt design that reflects Goldbelt’s mission, vision, and values 
• Providing high-quality craftsmanship and durable materials suitable for ceremonial, cultural, or presentation use 
• Coordinating production and delivery timelines with Goldbelt 

Deliverables 

1. Four completed custom hand drums 
2. hand drumsticks/accessories for each hand drum 
3. Final approved Goldbelt design application 
4. Completed project delivered by Fall 2027 

Proposal Requirements 

Interested vendors should submit a proposal including: 

• Vendor/artist background and experience 
• Examples and references of previous drum-making, artwork, or custom design projects 
• Proposed creative approach and design concept 
• Materials and production methods 
• Estimated project timeline 
• Cost proposal, including materials, labor, and delivery 
• Confirmation of availability to meet the requested delivery timeline 
• Shareholder status, if applicable 
• Contact name, email address, and phone number 

Shareholder Preference 

• Goldbelt is committed to creating opportunities for shareholder participation. This RFP is open to all qualified vendors. Preference and priority will be given to qualified Goldbelt shareholders and shareholder-owned businesses, consistent with applicable procurement practices. 
• Proposal Submission Deadline 
• Proposals must be submitted by September 1, 2026. 

Evaluation Criteria 

• Proposals may be evaluated based on: 
• Alignment with Goldbelt’s identity and values 
• Quality and creativity of proposed design 
• Demonstrated experience and craftsmanship 
• Ability to meet timeline requirements 
• Pricing and overall value 
• Shareholder participation/preference eligibility
