River Room - Riverfront Space by Goldbelt

The River Room is a riverfront gathering space designed to support shareholder, cultural and community-based events. The space reflects Goldbelt’s commitment to connection, education and community engagement. The River Room may be reserved for:

    • Shareholder events
    • Cultural programs and gatherings
    • Educational workshops and seminars
    • Community meetings
    • Nonprofit or mission-aligned activities

Shareholders receive priority scheduling and preferred access. When availability allows, the space may also be reserved by non-shareholders. Certificate of Liability and a signed use agreement for damages is required.

  • Location: Along the Mendenhall River on the north side of Goldbelt Hít, 3017 Clinton Drive.
  • Capacity:
    • Seated Guests: 35
    • Standing Guests only: 45
    • Front Facing Classroom: 24 comfortably
    • Tables available: 12
    • Chairs available: 35
  • Kitchen access: Access to non-commercial kitchen with stove, oven, & microwave.
  • Restroom access: Restrooms adjacent to the event space.
  • Audio/visual capability: Availability to video displays, video conferencing, guest Wi-Fi.
  • Accessibility accommodations: The River Room is ADA accessible with access to ADA compliant restrooms.

Rental Information

  • No Fee during business hours
  • Inquire for evenings and weekends
  • Certificate of Liability and signing use agreement for damages is required.

Usage Guidelines

A signed usage agreement is required for all reservations. The agreement outlines scheduling, permitted uses, insurance requirements (if applicable), and user responsibilities.

The River Room is a shareholder/ community access space. Users are responsible for:

  • Setup and teardown Removing all personal items
  • Disposing of trash
  • Returning tables and chairs to their original configuration
  • Leaving the space in its original condition
  • Some activities may require proof of user insurance
