Scholarships for Goldbelt Shareholders

About the Haa Latseen Scholarships Program

The Goldbelt Tináa Distributions Trust trustees, comprised of the Goldbelt Board of Directors, voted to build the trust with robust scholarship offerings by incorporating previously established scholarships and launching a new scholarship under one administration on March 6, 2023. The four scholarships include the following:

  • Higher Education Scholarship (previously administered by Goldbelt Heritage Foundation)
  • Youth Extracurricular Scholarship (YES)
  • Non-Degree Enrichment Scholarship (previously administered by Goldbelt Heritage Foundation)
  • Level-Up Vocational Scholarship

Since March 2023, the scholarship offerings require all recipients to be Goldbelt shareholders with voting stock. Descendant applicants must have officially received Goldbelt shares to qualify for scholarships. Goldbelt will administer the scholarships through the Tináa Distributions Trust, which requires beneficiaries to have voting stock, prompting the eligibility change. The program was renamed the Haa Latseen Scholarships Program under the Tináa Distributions Trust on April 7, 2023.

If you are not a Goldbelt shareholder, please find the gifting packet on the MyGoldbelt.com shareholder portal to begin the gifting process with your relative.
